Excellent service superior food best in town best I found, Quality is everything superior Staff, packed house. Every seat is full represents how special they are. Great for birthdays celebration is sure this place is special. Definitely be back for more.
My brother and I were in search of a good meal before his trip to Bangkok the next morning. Since I work and live less than a mile from the Texas Roadhouse, I thought to give the place a try for a Sunday night dinner. Arriving at the parking lot, the place was busy - it always seems to be. Having a sensational experience at this establishment, I now know why they are alway busy. We entered and gave my name to the host. After 4-minutes, we were seated! WOW! I guess it was because it was only the two of us compared to larger groups who were waiting. Anyway, I ordered the 8oz Sirloin, Medium - pink in the middle, and my brother order the Steak Kabob. We were amazed at the variety of patrons and employees who seem to all be working like a well-oiled machine. Thumbs up to the management and worker bees! Our food arrived quite promptly and it was cooked to perfection! My brother couldn't believe how good his Steak Kabob was. Even the manager took a moment to welcome us and checked if everything was okay. We said.... "PERFECT!" It was a bit noisy, but that was to be expected for this Texas Cowboy style Steakhouse! We were definitely blown away and will have to return sooner than later to try their other entrees! Great Job for the Texas Roadhouse Team in Taylors, SC!!!! Great food and wonderful service! I wish I could remember the lady name she was so wonderful had me wishing every place had a server like her! Even with them being very busy on a Saturday she was on top of everything at all times!
Food was cooked perfectly and served hot. Service was excellent. We've lived here for 12 years and this was our first visit. It won't be our last!
I enjoyed being able to put ourselves down on the waitlist from online! We had really good service by Madison! I enjoyed the beef tips and my husband enjoyed the salmon! I definitely recommend getting anything with the mushroom gravy on it. It's so delicious!!! Fun and clean environment!! I have no clue why this place has such bad scores!!!
